Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

  • Exchanges may be available for unworn, unused items in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • For customers in the European region, we comply with the 14-day refund policy as per consumer protection laws. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued only after we receive the returned item and assess its condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
