Becoming a Stockist
WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before we welcome you on board to become our stockiest, please take your time to thoroughly read through our wholesale terms and conditions below to make sure you understand and accept them.
By completing our Wholesale Registration form, you are understood and accept our wholesale terms and conditions.
Minimum order
A minimum order spend applies for wholesale orders. All Wholesale orders must be over $500 AUD.
Shipping
Due to the time it takes to produce and ship to Australia, some products may take up to 6 weeks to arrive and be shipped to you. This will be communicated with you when you are placing an order.
Most orders (if all items are in stock) will be shipped with 48 hours. We ship via various couriers, shipping is not included in product pricing, instead it is calculated and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch. For international shipping on wholesale orders, please contact us for more information.
Return and Cancellation
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We DO NOT accept return of unsold goods or change of mind.
Prices
We have a wholesale agreement ensuring stockists do not price our products below our recommended retail price.
We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our official website (www.emilywantssummer.com) Stockists are free to set your own pricing, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.
Payment
All orders must be paid in-full before shipping unless previously agreed. We accept Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit. Payments made with Paypal will incur a processing fee of 4.4% which will be included in your shipping invoice.
Please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via direct bank deposit.
Imagery and Content
All Emily wants Summer product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Emily wants Summer. Approved Emily wants Summer stockists are welcome to use any of the images on our official website for the purpose of promoting the product/s.
Liability
We reserve the right to refuse a stockist or cancel a wholesale order at any time if we find that a stockist has been misleading or deliberately violated our wholesale Terms and Conditions.
Emily wants Summer cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
